No matter what your age, medical history, or activity level – no one wants to struggle with pain and injury. At Elevate Active Health, our goal is to help you overcome injury and get you back on your feet and return to the activities you enjoy!

There are three areas of focus – World Class Foot and Ankle care, Mental Fitness, and Full Body Motion Analysis.
Foot and Ankle Care – no one wants to hear that they need surgery. This is especially true when it involves your foot or ankle – the very thing that you rely on to get out of bed and move. At Elevate Active Health, we offer the best options for surgery and recovery if you are injured or in need of foot or ankle surgery. We also offer a second opinion for patients who have had surgery and in need of revision and for those told that surgery is the best option. We also offer a full range of important foot and ankle care, including custom fit orthotics, the newest biological injections to effectively solve pain from plantar fasciitis, sprained ligaments and tendons, or arthritis of the foot and ankle, and (struggling for a sum up here). No matter what level of care is needed, with Elevate Active Health, you will have time with Dr. Noxon to discuss your care and are assured the best care to ensure you are able to return to sports or an active lifestyle or job as quickly as possible.
Mental Fitness – Injury doesn’t just impact your physical abilities, it has a large impact on your mind and outlook. At Elevate Active Health, we offer mental fitness coaching to help transition through injury with a positive mindset. This is not only for those who are injured, our coaching is available to all and especially helpful for athletes, and those who are struggling with negative emotions. With more mental fitness, you can handle bigger life challenges with a positive mindset rather than struggling with frustration, anger, shame, or stress.
Full Body Motion Analysis – full body motion analysis helps build a plan to help you get back to normal with the motion of your joints and bones after surgery or injury. This can also be extremely beneficial for athletes to help avoid risk of injury and achieve optimal form.
